Not only are they a cute, cuddly stuffed animal – but they are also a virtual pet that lives at Webkinz.com.

After you purchase a Webkinz pet, you jump online to complete the adoption. Just type the code found on the pet’s tag into the Webkinz.com site, give the pet a name, choose whether it’s a boy or girl and you’re all set!

Take your pet around Webkinz World to play games, earn “Kinz Cash”, feed your pet, buy him or her gifts and set up a custom room with beds, toys and activities.

Webkinz are a great, 2-in-1 toy and collector item.

They are adorable, well-made stuffed animals that have an online “second life” – this means that there is a website where Webkinz users get together and create homes and “lives” for their virtual pets.

THE TOY

Webkinz are plush toys in a wide array of animals and mystical creatures. A few favorites in our house are:
